1. About BNM Studio

Welcome to BNM Studio.

BNM Studio provides professional audio mixing and mastering services for independent artists and creators worldwide. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

These terms are intended to ensure a clear and professional collaboration between BNM Studio and our clients.

2. Our Services

BNM Studio currently offers:

  • Mixing
  • Mastering
  • Mix & Master

Each service is tailored to the client's project and delivered digitally.

After your order has been placed, a member of the BNM Studio team will contact you with instructions for submitting your project files.

3. Orders

Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

Production begins only after:

  • Payment has been completed.
  • All required project files have been received.

If required files are missing, delivery times may be delayed until everything has been provided.

4. Pricing

Current prices are displayed on our website at the time of purchase.

Unless stated otherwise, all prices are shown in Euros (€).

BNM Studio reserves the right to update prices without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Delivery

Our standard delivery time is 2–5 business days, starting from the moment both payment and all required project files have been received.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity or workload.

If unexpected delays occur, we will keep you informed.

6. Revisions

Every service includes two (2) revision rounds.

A revision is intended for small adjustments to the completed mix or master.

Requests that involve significant changes to the arrangement, recording, or production may require a new order or an additional fee.

Additional revisions can be purchased at the current revision rate.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing:

  • High-quality audio files.
  • Correct file names where possible.
  • Any important notes regarding the project.
  • Reference tracks if desired.

BNM Studio is not responsible for issues caused by poor recordings or incorrect files supplied by the client.

8. Ownership

The client always retains full ownership of their music.

BNM Studio does not claim ownership of any recordings, compositions, lyrics, or copyrights.

All project files remain confidential and will never be shared with third parties without permission.

9. Payments

All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

Projects begin only after full payment has been received.

10. Limitation of Liability

While BNM Studio strives to deliver the highest possible quality, we cannot guarantee commercial success, streaming performance, chart placement, or specific creative outcomes.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchased service.
