Digital Delivery

BNM Studio provides digital audio services only. No physical products are shipped.

All completed projects are delivered electronically via email, WeTransfer, or another agreed file-sharing platform.

Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time is 2–5 business days after:

• Full payment has been received.
• All required project files have been submitted.

If additional information or files are needed, the delivery time may be extended accordingly.

File Delivery

Once your project is complete, you will receive a download link to your final files.

Please make sure to download and store your files after delivery. While we may keep backups for a limited time, BNM Studio cannot guarantee indefinite file storage.
